You can change or organize the sidebar elements based on your preference. To arrange or rearrange a sidebar element, go to your Design tab and select the 'Customize Design'option.

 Once you get to the 'Customize Design' page, in the left side of the preview pan of your blog and the side tool bar. On the right hand side of your blog, you will see elements of your sidebar you have added to your blog like – About Me, My Sweetcircles, Favourite links, Archives, Categories, Gossipad, Forum, RSS.

You can drag and drop this dotted box elements in any order based on your priorities. That would just require you dragging the tool and placing it at any position you want.

Example: if you want My Media to move to the top of your sidebar, just drag the My Media element dotted box and move it to the top of the sidebar and press ‘Save Theme’ to save your settings.
