Setting your Post Private

You may want to have some of your posts (probably your very personal ones) to be viewed only by your circle of friends. Sweetcircles.com has a way for you.

When you are creating your new post, once you are through with your post, go to ‘More Options’ below and enter your password in the ‘Set Password to Make the Post Private’ textbox set password which only your special ones can know.

That’s it now the particular post can be only viewed by your friends to whom you share the password.

Setting your Blog completely Private

Apart from keeping your post private, there is yet another option that can make your blog accessible only to a fortunate few. This makes your blog private and only people who are authorized by you can view your blog.
To set your blog private, after you login go to the Admin panel  and click on the ‘Preferences’ tab. Next choose the ‘Manage Users’ option. Here you will be finding the ‘Make your blog Private’ field below. Just click on the checkbox to set your blog private and punch in the email ids of your friends you'd love to invite to view your blog.

This feature helps to securing your privacy and preventing your very personal views and thoughts from going public.
